I teach from a place of intuition and lived practice, blending classical yogic wisdom with a gentle, embodied approach that meets each person where they are. Whether guiding a class or creating art, I aim to hold space that is grounding, nourishing, and quietly transformative.

Nature, mysticism, and the subtle languages of the body inspire much of my creative and spiritual path. I believe that both yoga and art are sacred tools that reconnect us to what is real, spacious, and alive within.
